Payment
- Cash on delivery for orders up to ৳50,000
- Bank transfer: we give you our bank details when we confirm the order
- Pay at the store when you collect a pickup order
- Online payment by bKash, Nagad and card is not available yet
Delivery and pickup
- Standard delivery ৳100, free from ৳10,000
- Express delivery ৳250
- Free pickup from our Malibagh store; ready orders are held for 3 days

After you order
- Track your order with the order number and your phone number
- Cancel free of charge before the order is shipped
- Faulty or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of delivery
- Warranty service as stated on the product page and your invoice
