1. Pickup location and hours
Tradcon Twin Tower Store, Twin Tower Shopping Complex, Malibagh, Dhaka. Pickup is available during store opening hours, shown on the Stores page. More pickup locations will be listed there as they open.
2. Placing a pickup order
- Choose Store Pickup at checkout and select the store. Only products in stock at that store, or that can be moved there, can be chosen.
- Pay online in advance, or pay at the counter by cash, card or mobile wallet if that option is shown.
- Wait for the message that your order is ready (usually within 2 to 24 hours) before you come. Please do not come on the basis of the order confirmation alone.
3. Collecting your order
- Bring your order number and the pickup code sent to you by SMS, and a photo ID (NID, passport or driving licence).
- Someone else can collect for you if you share the pickup code with them; they must show their own photo ID and tell us the order number.
- Business orders are handed only to the authorised person named on the order, with ID or a company authorisation letter.
4. Checking at the counter
Please check the product, its seal, accessories, IMEI or serial number and the invoice at the counter before you leave. For sealed phones and laptops, our staff can open and power on the device in front of you if you ask. Problems noticed at the counter are fixed at once by exchange or cancellation.
5. How long we hold your order
Ready orders are held for 3 days. We will send a reminder before the hold ends. Orders not collected in time are cancelled and prepaid amounts refunded in full to the original payment method, as described in our Payment Policy.
6. Changes and cancellation
You can cancel a pickup order free of charge until you collect it. To change the store or the person collecting, contact customer support before collection.
