1. Cancelling before shipment
- Go to My Account › Orders, choose the order and select Cancel, then choose a reason. You can cancel the whole order or individual items.
- You can also contact customer support with your order number.
- Cancellation is free until the order is handed to the courier or marked ready for pickup. You will receive a confirmation by SMS or email.
2. After shipment
Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled online. You may refuse the parcel at delivery, or return the product under our Returns & Refunds policy. For prepaid orders refused at delivery, the delivery charge may be deducted from the refund unless the product was faulty, damaged or not as described.
3. Orders that cannot be cancelled
- Custom, special-order or pre-order items once the order has been placed with the supplier, unless the product is delayed beyond the promised date.
- Digital products, gift cards and service activations once delivered or activated.
- Business and wholesale orders under an accepted quotation, which follow the quotation's terms.
4. When Tradcon may cancel
We may cancel an order, fully or partly, and tell you the reason, when:
- The product is out of stock or no longer available.
- The price or product information was clearly wrong.
- We cannot deliver to the address given, or cannot reach you to confirm it.
- Payment is not completed or the order fails our fraud checks.
- The order breaks purchase limits of a promotion or our Terms & Conditions.
5. Refunds for cancelled orders
If you have already paid, we start the refund within 1 working day of cancellation. The money returns to your original payment method within the times in our Payment Policy. In line with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, a refund for an order we cannot deliver is completed within 10 days. Vouchers used on a cancelled order are restored when they are still valid.
