- Standard delivery: ৳100
- Free standard delivery for orders from ৳10,000
- Express delivery: ৳250
- Store pickup: free
- The charge is shown at checkout before you place the order
Delivery times
The estimated time is shown at checkout for each delivery option. We confirm every order by phone first, then pack and hand it to the courier. Times can be longer during public holidays, bad weather or courier disruptions; we'll tell you if your order is delayed.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, the courier and the consignment number appear on Track Your Order and in My Account.
Receiving your parcel
- Please check the parcel for damage or tampering before accepting it
- For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready
- If something is wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery
Store pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and wait for our call or message that the order is ready before you come. Collect it at Twin Tower Shopping Complex, Malibagh, Dhaka and pay there. Ready orders are held for 3 days. See the Store Pickup Policy.
