1. About us
The website is operated by Tradcon Global, Twin Tower Shopping Complex, Malibagh, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We sell technology products directly to retail and business customers. References to "you" mean the person or business using our services.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the services with a parent or guardian, and give accurate, current information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes secret and for all activity on your account.
- One person may hold one personal account. Business accounts are for registered businesses and are subject to approval.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, breaks these Terms or the law, or abuses promotions, returns or reviews.
3. Products and information
We work to describe products, specifications and images accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and brands may change packaging or accessories without notice. If a product you receive does not match its description, you can return it under our Returns & Refunds policy.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- Prices and promotions can change at any time but never after your order has been confirmed.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full, even after confirmation. We will tell you before doing so.
- Wholesale and business prices apply only to approved business accounts and the quantities stated.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by SMS or email; the contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any payment, when the product is out of stock, the price was wrong, the delivery address cannot be served, payment is not received, or we suspect fraud. We may limit the quantity of a product per customer, particularly on promotions.
6. Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, as described in our Payment Policy. Online payments are processed by our payment partners on their secure pages. Cash on Delivery may be limited by order value, product or area.
7. Delivery and pickup
We deliver to the address you give, with the delivery times shown at checkout. In line with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, a paid order is normally delivered within 5 days in the same city and within 10 days elsewhere in Bangladesh; if we cannot deliver, you receive a full refund. Please check the parcel for damage or tampering before accepting it. Store pickup orders follow our Store Pickup Policy.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order before it is shipped, as described in our Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
9. Warranty
Products carry the brand or Tradcon warranty stated on the product page and on your invoice, as described in our Warranty Policy.
10. Vouchers and promotions
- Vouchers, coupons and campaign offers have their own conditions, validity dates and limits, shown with the offer.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless the offer says so.
- If an order bought with a voucher is cancelled or returned, the voucher value may not be refunded as cash.
- We may withdraw benefits obtained through misuse, such as multiple accounts or false orders.
11. Reviews and content you post
Reviews, questions and photos you post must be honest, lawful and relevant, and must not contain personal information of others, offensive content or advertising. You give us a free licence to show them on our services. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
12. Acceptable use
You must not misuse our services: for example by attempting to access other accounts or our systems, using automated tools to copy the website, placing false orders, interfering with security, or using the services for anything illegal.
13. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, images, logos and software belong to Tradcon or its licensors, including the brands we sell. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
14. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or of our negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or business losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, network failures or government action. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will try to resolve any complaint quickly through our customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, without affecting your right to approach the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest version.
