- Every purchase recorded against the supplier
- Every unit's IMEI or serial number recorded for phones and other tracked products
What you can check
- The brand, model and warranty are shown on the product page
- Your invoice lists what you bought, and the IMEI or serial number where applicable
- Open-box or refurbished items, if we ever sell them, are clearly labelled

Contact us with your order number. If a product we sold you is not genuine, we refund you in full.
